Clients often ask what they should wear to a session and I’m so glad to be invited into that part of the planning. It’s not unusual for Mom to swing open her child’s closet door and ask me to pull together something I like. Sometimes clients arrive on location with a suitcase in their trunk, or a mish-mash of clothes haphazardly piled on the spare tire. And every once in a while, I have the luxury of sourcing outfits online…. and I can literally hand-pick my little models’ wardrobe. I tend to look for pieces with texture or items we can layer up. Spring and Fall seasons in Ontario are the optimal time to show off unique accessories, scarves & vests. And KNITS.
